The active part of ADR Mat acts as a screen of electromagnetic radiation.
Usually metals, metallized syntetic plastics, glasses containing conducting grid or conducting polymers are used to screen the electromagnetic field.
In ADR Mat design, in addition to the screening effect, we take the advantage of the absorption of electric component of the electromagnetic field (similar effect as in the ceramics used in ADR-4 product).
The composite designed for ADR Mat attenuates the electric field in the frequency range
from 10 Hz to 400 kHz.

The size 35 cm x 35 cm x 0.3 cm. The ADR Mat is composed of an active part, which contains a composite:
- many-phase system based on ADR Technology (patent application WO2007099106) placed between two protecting layers
- flat housing, containing a layer of specially selected rubber foam and cotton or poliester covering cloth.
